How do I install Giftlist on my store?
From the Shopify App Store, click Install, then add the Save/Send/View blocks to your product page in the theme editor.
Why isn’t a purchase showing up as attributed?
Attribution relies on the shopper’s first-touch landing page or cart attributes. If they browsed the store before clicking a giftlist link, the order may not attribute. This is a Shopify platform limitation, not a bug.
How long is my data kept?
Visit, click, and order-attribution records are kept for 12 months and then automatically deleted. Giftlists themselves persist as long as the app is installed.
How do I change my dashboard color scheme?
Open the embedded dashboard inside Shopify admin and click Settings in the top right.
